You can check the status of your order by clicking the option “My Orders” or “Track order” which is available on the main menu of the website.
Meanings of various statuses in My Orders are: Placed: Placing of an order from the website Confirmed: Placed order has been confirmed Packed: Confirmed order has been packed Shipped: Order is shipped from the company Delivered: Order is delivered to the consignee/customer Cancelled: Order is cancelled due to some reason Reversed: Request for returning or replacing the order is in process Returned: Order is returned and the fund transfers back to your account Replaced: Request is complete for replacement of an order Courier Returned: Order is undelivered and it is returned to the Malik Design.
Well, it is not possible! After placing an order, you can’t change or rectify the address. Thus, it is advised to fill out the right details carefully and check your details before placing an order. At this time, it is not possible to change the address after placing an order.
At this time, this service is not available for the users. But, you don’t need to worry because you will get the genuine and original product from Malik Design. We provide the right product according to your desire at your doorstep.
At Malik Design, delivery charges depend upon the quantity. If you are ordering products/items in bulk then delivery may be free for your address (except international shipping). However, fairness depends upon the seller or the product.
In the case of an open package/parcel, you don’t need to accept the delivery. Just return it at the same time and cancel your order by clicking the My Orders option. Our company will accept your cancellation request and will provide another seal packed item for you.
Normally we don’t provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
